Matarangi is a beach side resort encompassing all the facilities including an 18 hole world class golf course, tennis courts, shopping centre, bowling greens.

CPG have been involved with the client since the 1980's carrying out all engineering and surveying services for the development.  Our services included master planning, subdivisional design, all civil engineering design, surveying, project and construction management for all earthworks, water supplies and wastewater treatment systems, roading, all survey and architecture for the villas.  Matarangi demonstrates our ability to provide high quality multi-discipline services to a significant and high profile project over a long period.
