To ensure the success of every project we undertake our project management services team use their proven expertise to drive a project through from concept to completion in a seamless, client-friendly manner. With assistance and advice on procurement, selection of specialist consultants, co-ordination of multi-discipline works, quality control, financial (budget) control, commissioning and testing, our project management team delivers results.

Land Use Planning

In conjunction with our planning team, CPG Airport Services will provide the assistance required to ensure that an airport operation is not compromised by changes to local district or city plans. For aerodromes with limited resource, we can provide an effective voice to ensure that district planners understand and can incorporate the complex requirements that air operations impose upon land use.

Peer Review and Audit

New Zealand Civil Aviations Rule Part 39 requires all Certified Aerodromes to have internal audit processes, however other aerodromes or heliport operators may wish to ensure their processes are safe and meet operational requirements. Through the provision of internal audit services and peer reviews of operational projects and actions we ensure that proposed works achieve the desired results.

Small Airport Operations

In cases where airport operations only support a small staff resource or where current/proposed operations require increased management or certification level, CPG provides advice and templates for aerodrome expositions, emergency planning, wildlife hazard management, obstacle limitation surveys and charts and for other items a Certified Aerodrome must document. We also offer advice and planning to ensure that proposed building programmes do not impinge on operational clearance or compromise future expansion.
