Utilities

CPG has produced asset management plans for water supply, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste that have received complimentary reviews by Audit New Zealand having exceeded all statutory requirements. More important is the practical implementation of the asset management plans to improve service delivery. Such tasks include network modeling, demand forecasting and management, asset condition and performance assessment from field data, economic analysis to optimize renewal scheduling and urban structure plan development.

Roading

Roading

CPG has managed both local road and state highway roading assets. This has focused on developing life cycle management plans that optimize total life cycles costs. This must balance construction standards, available materials, surfacing technologies, drainage methods and rehabilitation techniques. Once the asset is in place an appropriate maintenance strategy needs to be implemented to complement the method of construction. CPG utilize several asset management systems including RAMM, dTIMS and in-house software to develop forward works programs that balance predicted revenue streams. CPG understand how to work closely with clients and contractors to provide the greatest value to the roading asset.
