Design and Specialist Consultant Management
Specialist consultants can be required to contribute specifically to a particular stage of a project. CPG provide advice on selecting suitable consultants, engage and brief design consultants, arrange for site investigations as required to support the design effort, manage the concept design development for client approval and manage the design process through the developed design and working drawing stages.
Resource and Building Consent Management
The resource consent process ensures activities which may have potential harmful effects on the surrounding area and environment are minimised, while building consent verifies that any work proposed complies with the building code. CPG engage and manage specialist planning consultants, identify consents required, liaise with territorial authorities and arrange for documentation to be prepared and submitted. We have the experience to accurately monitor and expedite issue of resource and building consents and will manage the Building Act compliance process if required.
Construction Management
Construction management services are an integral part of achieving optimum project performance. CPG promote on-site services to ensure that our clients retain control and flexibility during construction. We will set up and maintain site construction facilities providing site supervision, management of site operations, and monitoring of health and safety compliance. Our services include management of tender documentation and administration of contracts, contractor coordination and documentation and reporting of project progress.
