Building Surveys

Working with Tse Group Architects and our own strong structural engineering team, CPG’ multi-discipline approach puts surveyors in building projects from the beginning. We provide integrated survey services such as building lease areas including Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA), unit titles, cross leases, heritage details and height to boundary. We also work with Tse Valuers to better understand building spaces and owner and occupier needs using Leica High-Definition Surveying (HDS) systems to produce 3D laser scan detail surveys and images of buildings.

Cadastral Surveys

Understanding the rights and extent of interests in land is at the core of property ownership, management and development. CPG pride ourselves in our knowledge of these fundamental aspects of surveying including boundary definition, land transfer and new title surveys, legislation surveys and specialist advice on statutory land processes, unit titles, cross leases and M?ori land. We are also experts in Landonline and the preparation and lodgement of electronic surveys.

Construction Control and Monitoring

Every construction project requires accurate survey information. CPG is very familiar with the needs of engineers, architects and contractors and will ensure structures are built in the correct place. We have the skills, experience and necessary equipment to establish construction control networks, set out for construction, provide precise positioning and levelling and monitor ground and building movement.

Mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Dufill Watts has access to some of the most up to date survey equipment in the market including Global Positioning System (GPS) units, 3D laser scanner, robotic and reflectorless total stations, precise levels and all associated computer software. Our skilled people integrate large amounts of data from different sources and present it to enable accurate design and visualisation of development proposals ranging from new buildings, earthworks and roading, to underground services.

With CPG expert engineering resources available to the design teams, and construction management expertise to manage physical delivery, our surveyors deliver excellent subdivisional development outcomes to clients.
